Returns within 30 days of purchase and with a valid sales receipt will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account or credit card, or refunded to a Townsend Building Supply gift card. The method of refund will be equivalent to the form of payment used at time of purchase or a gift card. All returns must be in original packaging and be in new condition. Defective merchandise will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty.

Returns made beyond 30 days of purchase or without a valid sales receipt may be exchanged or refunded to a Townsend Building Supply gift card for the lowest advertised price provided it can be ascertained the merchandise was purchased from TBS. Management reserves the exclusive right to grant or deny refund or exchange under this provision. Purchases made with Store Credit, Gift Certificates and Gift Cards will be refunded as Store Credit

• Special Order items unless the manufacturer or wholesaler will accept returns. All special  orders are subject to no less than a 15% restocking fee. Cancellations may be subject to  15% restocking fee. Store credit in the form of a Townsend Building Supply gift card will be issued no sooner than 30 days after return of the item.
• Gasoline Powered Equipment

Cash and cash equivalent purchases, exceeding $300, may be refunded as a mailed check.  Townsend Building Supply reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason.
